Flooring on a subfloor that's actually level.
Floor demolition, subfloor leveling, and installation of hardwood, LVP, and tile with clean transitions room-to-room.
Flooring on the Jersey shore.
Half of every flooring failure we see is a subfloor problem the previous installer ignored. We do flooring across Ocean and Monmouth County the right way — demo, subfloor inspection and leveling, then installation of hardwood, LVP, or tile with proper underlayment, clean transitions, and matched stair treads. The end result looks tight room-to-room because the base under it is right.
The four pillars.
Subfloor leveling first
We check every floor with a long straightedge before a single plank goes down. High spots ground, low spots self-leveled. This is the difference between flooring that lasts and flooring that creaks.
Hardwood, LVP & tile
Engineered and solid hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, and porcelain tile — each installed with the underlayment, expansion gaps, and fastening pattern its manufacturer actually requires.
Clean transitions
Room-to-room transitions, T-molds, reducers, and stair noses cut to fit — not slapped on. Continuous-run installs across the main floor when the layout allows.
Dust-controlled demo
We tarp adjacent rooms, run HEPA shop vacs, and clean as we go. You won't be wiping drywall dust off picture frames a month later.
From first call to final walk — no mystery weeks.
Free in-home consultation
We walk the space, listen to how you actually use it, and talk through goals, constraints, and budget — no pressure, no upsell.
Detailed scope & quote in 24 hours
You get a line-itemed quote within one business day — materials, labor, allowances, and timeline laid out clearly.
Design, selections & permits
We help with finish selections, coordinate any required architectural drawings, and pull every permit before a single tool comes out.
Build with daily protection
Dust barriers, floor protection, and end-of-day cleanup are standard. One project lead is on your job from demo through punch list.
Final walk & punch list
We walk the finished space with you, address every item personally, and stand behind the work after we leave.

Common questions about flooring.
How much does flooring cost installed?+
Mid-grade LVP installed typically runs $7–$11/sf. Engineered hardwood $10–$18/sf installed. Tile $14–$25/sf installed depending on pattern complexity. Subfloor leveling quoted separately when needed.
How long does a flooring install take?+
Typical single-floor LVP or engineered hardwood install runs 2–4 days. Tile takes longer because of cure times — usually 4–6 days.
Do I have to move furniture?+
We can include furniture moving in the scope. Otherwise we ask the rooms be cleared the day before we start.
Can you match existing flooring?+
We can match many engineered and solid hardwood floors closely. For exact matches on old or discontinued floors, sand-and-refinish of the existing floor is sometimes the better path — we'll tell you.
Is LVP really as good as hardwood?+
Different tool. LVP is waterproof, pet/kid-proof, and looks great in mid-to-high grade. Hardwood adds resale value and patinas with age. We help you pick based on lifestyle and how long you'll be in the home.
